On one cloudy day, I headed to one of the many observation lookout cafes on the Han River. I think this one was called the "Noeul Lookout Cafe" and even though it was the daytime and relatively empty - there's something about looking out on a calm river and the city of Seoul that makes your day seem perfect.
Life has been a bit rough lately - not knowing what the future holds does that to you - but there are moments when I feel perfectly at peace.
To head to the cafes (Noeul or Gureum, which are only two of many!) head to Dongjak station (line 9 or 4) and take exit 1 or 2.
